What We Do
Inside Estimator, LLC is staffed by former contractors who have experience in dealing with insurance claims. We are very experienced in water damage, fire, smoke, odor, asbestos, reconstruction and much more. We service all clients from insurance, home owner to the contractors themselves. We will never promise that using us will make your estimates higher. What we do promise is that we will take your scope of work and provide a fair and reasonable estimate.
Contractors: Your Estimators and/or Project Directors can do what they do best! Meet with clients and go after the next project. It has been our experience that writing Xactimate Estimates can take up nearly 60% of their time. Imagine if you had them marketing or selling rather than sitting behind the computer writing an Xactimate Estimate. We can also assist you with writing a comparative estimate to help you settle a claim.
Adjusters: With our non-bias approach this can help you settle your claim with a contractor. By having us review both your estimate and the estimate from the contractor we can build a comparative estimate that may help bring the claim to settlement.
Home Owners: You can have the piece of mind that when you are dealing with contractors you have a budget in mind. If you happen to have a loss that we may be able to help save you money so that you don’t have an out of pocket expense. You may feel that the insurance estimate provided was too low or that the contractors estimate is to high. Either instance we can provide you with a fair and reasonable estimate.
