Pricing Detail
Any estimate written will be a minimum of $100.00 up to a $10,000.00 estimate. Any estimate over $10,000.00 will be completed at a 1% fee. All estimates can be customized to fit your business. A PDF and the ESX will be sent to you using Xactimate 28. A company logo can be added to the estimate provided to you and will be requested when filling out the vendor sign up sheet. All pricing on the estimate will be current for the month that the estimate is written.
Any photos supplied can be added to the estimate upon request. The typical turn around time is 1-3 days depending on volume and when the estimate was submitted. If an estimate is requested on the weekend or a holiday additional fees may apply if immediate turn around is required.
What is needed to write an Xactimate Estimate:
All estimates are written from scratch. Any information that is provided must be legible. It is recommended to supply a sketch, photos, adjuster estimate or scope, bids and any documentation. Documents can be emailed to info@inside-estimator.com
If you need assistance building restoration documents like moisture maps, technician daily, equipment logs, etc. Inside Estimator, LLC can assist you with building the documents at an hourly rate.
When we receive the estimate, we review the documents and may call you to ask any questions. This is a good opportunity for you to have input on something that may have been left out of the documents. This also gives us an opportunity to ask any questions regarding the scope of work.
Roofing estimates will be done using EagleView Reports and may or may not include the sketch of the roof. It is recommended that you provide the EagleView Report for review prior to writing the estimate. We can order the EagleView for you. Please note that this is an incurred cost and will be added to your bill including
overhead and profit.
Restoration Review - Pricing
To review any restoration estimates a minimum of $100.00 will be held as a deposit. This will include 1 hour of review and any additional hours will be done at the rate of $100.00 per hour or based on a percentage of the estimate.

Inside Estimate and Client must agree on pricing terms prior to review of the estimate.
Restoration Review - What is needed?
Any restoration estimate will be reviewed by an IICRC Master Water Restorer and psycrometrics are done on every review of a water damage estimate or invoice. This is to ensure that proper equipment and drying was completed. In using these services, you could save hundreds if not thousands of dollars during the final negotiations of your claim or project.
Reconstruction estimates can be reviewed if you have multiple bids. We can provide a comparative bid for you to review at the rates provided on our website. This will require documentation such as photos, sketch, materials, estimate from contractor, etc. Our goal is to assist you with which is the best value for your project and which is the most accurate. Many contractors will write an estimate with many items missing and supplement or change order the line items that are missing. This is their way of getting the contract and once they have the contract, the language on the work authorization can put in you in a bad spot. This gives you the
opportunity to go back to any contractors and let them know that there are missing line items.

What do I have to do to submit my information?
Step 1 – Download our forms and fill in the information
Step 2 – Add the appropriate estimate desired to the shopping cart.
Step 3 – Pay for the product by going to shopping cart and following the checkout link.
Step 4 – Email us all documents related to the estimate info@inside-estimator.com. This can include photos of the
work done, bid item receipts, floor plan drawings and/or EagleView Reports (or other aerial report).
Step 5 – After you receive your estimate, reviewed it and request revisions if needed. Revisions are done
with priority (typically same day for simple revisions).
Why should I use Xactimate estimates?
Xactimate is the source that most insurance companies use for estimating and pricing. Xactimate is a good way to
come to an agreement with an insurance company by using the line items set forth by the software.
Will the report look like we prepared it in-house?
Yes, It is your estimate, as if you are the estimator. Our identification does not show on your estimate. If you send us an image, pdf or jpeg of your logo we can add it to the estimate. We will build a header for your estimate so that it is presented by your company. If you have any messaging that you would like to add to the opening statement of the estimate, please send us the information you wish to have. But, if you prefer, we will provide an estimate under our heading and logo.
How can you possibly know the prices for our area?
We don’t. But Xactimate does. Xactimate is updated monthly for all zip codes and we will upload the price list for your area. Your report will be done with the most recent pricelist for your zip code.
What if we need an item that isn’t on the form?
Add information in the comments box or send us an email, fax or call us. Our form contains the most frequently needed items, but many more are available. Just convey what you need and we will include it. We can add anything, ANYTHING! If needed we may contact you to discuss the item that you are wanting so that we can capture the needed line items.
Will you include my company logo on the Xactimate report?
Yes, gladly. Please email your logo in any format and we will include it at no extra cost. You only need to send your logo once. We will save it and use it on all of your future reports.
How long is your turnaround time?
All estimates that we receive are done in the order we receive them. A typical turn around is 1-3 days (depending on size) however if you would like to have this expedited we can do this for an additional fee. If there is a deadline, please make sure that you include this in the email that you send us. It will be discussed with you if the estimate will take longer than our expected 3-day turnaround for larger estimates. If an EagleView is ordered, please expect a 1-3 delay before we can start the estimate. .
What if there are errors on my Xactimate report?
We will immediately respond with a corrected report (typically the same day for simple revisions).
Is the Xactimate report any guarantee of agreement from the adjusters?
No. Although Xactimate is accepted and used by most insurance companies, interpretations vary, as do some insurance companies directives to their adjusters. Some adjusters are not allowed to give on some items, even though others are. EagleView measurements and Xactimate pricing are the best way possible to establish your professionalism and credibility.
Can I request Overhead and Profit settings of a particular amount?
Absolutely, yes. Our reports can include 10% Overhead and 10% Profit for reconstruction. You can request it on our forms or in the email to us for any additional overhead and profit or for other types of estimates.
