We provide an Xactimate estimate writing service using the information that you provide or inferred as if you wrote it yourself. Everything in the estimate will be from information you provided or inferred. In no event shall the provider of this service be held liable for errors, failure for improvement with individual claims awards, nor be implicated for attempted fraud. The estimate is your estimate, and you are the ultimate and final proofreader. Before it is submitted to any insurance company, home owner, contractor, property manager, etc, it must be reviewed. It is your responsibility to re-submit the estimate for corrections. In most state, only lawyers and public adjusters have the right to represent you. We don’t represent you. Since revisions are allowed and expected, no incorrect information should be included in your estimate once you have received, reviewed, and had it corrected. We will not be responsible if the estimate we write is disassembled, reverse engineered or otherwise modified. We will not be party to an attempt to defraud an Insurer, an Insured, or anyone. By agreeing to the Terms of Service agreement, the fees for our services will be paid in full upon delivery of the estimate. The pricing will be used as outlined when selecting the product and any additional fees beyond the $100.00 minimum charge will be paid in full at delivery of the estimate or review. There is no guarantee that the estimate will succeed in insurance proceeds more than otherwise offered by the insurance company. There is no guarantee that EagleView will be able to capture sufficient information to complete an Xactimate estimate. The limit of liability for any misstatements or mistakes is the price paid for the service, no more. The parties to this agreement include the signor below and Inside Estimator, LLC (which includes Restoration-Review.com and Inside-Estimator.com). Inside Estimator, LLC will not be held liable for any project that is not won by the bidding party. It is the responsibility of the signor below and/or the company for which they work to review and request for any adjustments on the estimate. The home office for Inside Estimator, LLC is in Colorado Springs, CO.
